South Carolina History <ul><li>South Carolina has been involved in much of the history </li></ul><ul><ul><li>One of the first 13 colonies </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Fort Sumter, was part of the Civil War, on April 12, 1861 </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>  thousands+ died </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>  Antebellum, South Carolina advanced the nullification and sesession of any other southern state </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>  July 1, 2000, South Carolina became the last state to remove the Confederate Flag that was over the statehouse(was placed there in 19 62) </li></ul></ul>
