  2. 2. Ingredients• 250 g strong white bread flour or Tipo ‘00’ flour• 1 level teaspoon fine sea salt• 3.5 g of dried yeast• 1 teaspoon sugar• 1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil• 160 ml lukewarm water• 1 Jar of Prego Sauce• 1 Packet of Mozzarella Cheese
  3. 3. Materials• Sieve• Bowl• Fork• Damp Cloth• Clingfilm• Pan• Knife• Tray
  4. 4. SieveSieve 250 grams of flour into a bowl.Do this by putting a bowl on a scaleand then turning it on. Make sure therearen’t any big lumps of flourafterwards. Also add 1 teaspoon of saltto it.
  5. 5. MeasureMeasure 3.5 grams of yeast, 1 teaspoon ofsugar, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oiland 160 ml of water. Do this by using thescale, and measuring cup. Then boil thewater until it is warm (you should be able toput your finger in it).
  6. 6. Mix & AddMix the yeast, sugar, olive oil and water in abowl. The pour it into the middle of thesieved flour and salt.
  7. 7. MixMix everything together by making circles on theoutside and slowly coming into the middle. Try touse only one hand so you can use the otherhand for picking or getting things.
  8. 8. KneadAfter mixing everything, use one hand to knead thedough until it no longer sticks to your hand. Addflour to help. Knead by pushing doughforward, pulling back then rotating.
  9. 9. Leave itPut dough in a bowl and sprinkle flour on top of it. Theuse dam cloth to cover the bowl and leave it in awarm place for an hour so it can grow. When puttingdamp cloth on, make sure there isn’t any waterdripping from it.
  10. 10. Knock the air outTake the dough out and put it on a flour-sprinkled surface. Then knead it to pushthe air out of the dough – ‘knocking the airout of it’.
  11. 11. Option?If you are immediately continuing to make thepizza, ignore this. However, if you will continuetomorrow, wrap dough in Clingfilm and leave it in therefrigerator/freezer and continue tomorrow.
  12. 12. DivideDivide the dough up into as many pizzasyou want. With this quantity, you shouldbe able to make either a large pizza or 2medium sized pizzas.
  13. 13. StretchUsing a rolling pin, stretch out the pizzaand try to make the outcome asquare/rectangle (so it fits the tray).
  14. 14. ToppingWith a knife, spread the Prego Sauce onto thedough, leaving a little space on the border forthe crust. Then sprinkle or put cheese andtopping of choice onto where thesauce is spread.
  15. 15. Oil on TrayGet a tray to put your pizza in and put 1tablespoon of olive oil onto the middle of thetray. Then with your hands, spread it on thewhole tray. Make sure, it reaches the sides too!
  16. 16. Onto the Tray and into the oven!Use the rolling pin to help,put the pizza dough ontothe tray and then put it in the oven to bake.Leave it there for about15-20 minutes.
  17. 17. Out and SliceBring the pizza out of the oven and cut itinto preferred number of slices with aknife.
