With “..more than 125 million [users] worldwide today.” (McKay, 2005) <br />
I’m sure all of eBay’s members have read the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy?<br />

User Agreement Policy<br />
eBay users  ACKNOWLEDGE and AGREE.. <br />
That eBay IS NOT involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. <br />
That eBay cannot ensure and do not guarantee that a member of eBay’s Site will actually complete a transaction or act lawf...
That eBay has no control over: <br /><ul><li>The quality, safety or legality of items
The content posted by members
The truth or accuracy of the listing

With 3 hours left, he navigates away from eBay to look at some pornography at www.porno.com. eBay now know John has gone to www.porno.com to look at some pornography.<br />
