    • Exchange of information by internet
    • Use of e-mail, instant messaging
    • Problem: What should and shouldn’t be shared

    • Knowing how to use different technologies
    • Using digital tools to organize information
    • Problem: Teaching and convincing people to use them

    • How to behave
    • Not using inappropriate language or acting in a rude manner
