Overview Our intuitive layout makes filling out timesheets on-time every-time a hassle free experience.  Designed to suit both internal staff as well as consultants.  Timesheets can be submitted daily, weekly, fortnightly & monthly, as per your business requirement.  A task/project can be assigned to multiple users.  Facilitates tracking estimated cost for projects & tasks with the actual.  Supports hourly as well as unit time entry.  Time spent can be entered either through a manual process of time entry or through an automatic check-in check-out process.  „Check-in Check-out‟ feature allows you to pause & resume tasks at anytime.  Provides comprehensive timesheet reports.  Export timesheets to Excel & PDF formats.  Print consolidated user-wise timesheets of projects at one go through Batch Print functionality.  TimeTracker app can be integrated with MBPCloud‟s Leave app. TimeTracker 3
  4. 4. Timesheet Entry & Submission Log into MBPCloud.com „TimeTracker‟ application. Enter your MBPCloud login credential You‟ll be directed to TimeTracker application. (refer screenshot in next slide) TimeTracker 4

  6. 6. Timesheet Entry & Submission Go to TimeTracker application by clicking “TimeTracker” icon in Home page. You‟ll be taken directly to Timesheet Entry section, where in you enter your daily timesheet details. Go to Dashboard (Home) TimeTracker 6

Timesheet Entry & Submission Timesheet Entry Here enter the following details: • select the Date for which timesheet is submitted, • select Client for which timesheet is submitted from dropdown, • select a Project from dropdown, • select a Task from dropdown, Note: All projects & tasks allocated to you will be listed in respective dropdowns. • click start button when you commence the task, • click stop button when you finish the task, • pause/resume task anytime using buttons provided Note: Time entered can overwritten or entered manual. • enter your notes (if any), and click button to add the timesheet data entered. • based on start, stop, play & resume time, break & worked hours will be auto-calculated. • repeat same steps to add more timesheet entries for the selected date. • then click “Save” button.   8. 8. Timesheet Entry & Submission Saved timesheets will be listed in timesheet “List” in „Pending‟ status, which can be updated by clicking the “Edit” button provided. Update timesheet information TimeTracker 8
  9. 9. Timesheet Entry & Submission Once timesheet details are completely entered, Submit the timesheet for approval. Timesheet Submission explained latter in this document (Slide # 12). Note: 1. For Daily timesheets:  submissions are done directly through the “Timesheet Entry” section, through the “Submit” button provided. 2. For Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly timesheets:  daily timesheet entries are made in the “Timesheet Entry” section, and  consolidated timesheets for that period are submitted through the “Timesheet Submission” section.   10. 10. Timesheet Entry & Submission Copy Timesheet “Copy Timesheet” feature allows you to copy timesheet details from a past period to current/future period. You thereby avoid data re-entry & save time. To copy timesheet, go to Timesheet Entry section and click “Copy Timesheet” button. Copy functionality is also provided under Timesheet Submit section. cont.. TimeTracker 10
  11. 11. Timesheet Entry & Submission cont.. In the section that opens: • select timesheet type, • select the source timesheet , • select the destination timesheet and click “Copy” button. Same details from source timesheet replicates into the destination timesheet (date selected). TimeTracker 11

  13. 13. Timesheet Entry & Submission Here select the following: • client , • period for which you would like to submit the timesheet (for approval). Based on your selections, the respective timesheet will be displayed. Click “Submit” button. Submitted timesheets will be listed in timesheet “List” in „Submitted‟ status. TimeTracker 13
  14. 14. Timesheet Approval Once submitted, an email will be triggered to timesheet Manager requesting approval of your timesheet. click here link in email directs to the timesheet “List”. Approve the timesheet by clicking the “Approve” button provided in “List”. (refer screenshot in next slide) TimeTracker 14

  16. 16. Timesheet Approval To Decline the timesheet, click the “View” button in timesheet “List”. Directs you to the “Timesheet Details” page (refer screenshot in next slide). Here, click the “Decline” button provided. To add a question/comment prior to approval, enter it in the comment text box provided. Then select the user from user dropdown to whom you want to raise the question & click the “Ask Question” button. The query/comment will be sent to the recipient as an email message. TimeTracker 16

Timesheet Approval Status of approved timesheets will be listed in the timesheet “ List” as Approved Status of questioned timesheets will be listed in the timesheet “ List” as Questioned Status of declined timesheets will be listed in the timesheet “ List” as Declined Note: Declined timesheets can be re-submitted through the “Re-submit” button provided in the timesheet List. Requester will receive the response message (timesheet approved/declined) as an email message. TimeTracker 18
  19. 19. Timesheet Reports To view comprehensive list of timesheet reports, click icon. You‟ll be directed to the reports section. Following timesheet reports can be generated:  Admin Summary reports of staff, company & project.  Client Reports on estimated & actual project cost & time.  Manager Reports of staff & projects within own department.  User Own timesheet reports. Reports can be exported as Excel & PDF files. TimeTracker 19
  20. 20. Timesheet Reports (a) Admin Report Generate Staff /Company/Project summary reports. To start generating Admin reports, click icon under “Reports”. Here select: • type of report that you want to generate (staff / company/ project summary) from dropdown, • client from dropdown, • project from dropdown, • daily, weekly or monthly report • year, • date range within which the data should be pulled, and • click “Get” button.   22. 22. Timesheet Reports (b) Client Report To generate Client wise reports that gives you details about the estimated/actual cost & time spent on projects for clients, click icon under “Reports”. Here select: • client from dropdown, • department from dropdown, • user from dropdown, • year, • daily, weekly or monthly report • date range within which the data should be pulled, • project from dropdown, and • click “Get” button.   28. 28. Timesheet Reports Batch Print TimeTracker “Batch Print” feature allows you to print consolidated user-wise timesheets of projects at one go. To print batch files, click icon. Here select: • client from dropdown, • year, • project from dropdown, • date range within which the data should be pulled, • staff from dropdown, • click “Get” button. Timesheets of all staff who has worked on the selected project on the chosen date range will be generated. (refer screenshot in next slide) TimeTracker 28
