    • Payroll Easy-to-use cloud based App to securely manage all your payroll related documents
    • Payroll Payroll App provides you with everything that you require on payroll for an organisation. Document Management System that provides you with every payroll related document. Can be integrated with MBPCloud Timesheet App that is used to track staff timesheet. You can  add, edit, delete, share, review & archive documents  track versions of documents All your documents are password protected and can be accessed from any location, 24/7. Clicking “Payroll” icon in MBPCloud home page directs you to the below page.
    • Payroll Welcome Gives you a brief description about Payroll App. Click to view. KnowHow Know how Payroll App works. Click to view presentation. Master Library A library of master standard payroll documents, for your reference. All documents are fully custamisable to suit your business. The master documents you wish to use are copied across to the Business Library. This menu directs you to the below page that lists all standard payroll related documents from email templates, information sheets, requests, etc. Click documents from list to view. Click to view
    • Payroll Business Library Your library of standard payroll documents that you wish to use in your business. These may be altered Master Library documents or your own business documents that you originated. This menu directs you to the below page that lists all your payroll related documents.     • Payroll Cont.. To add a new document to your Business Library, click “Add New” button. New document add new section opens, as shown below. Enter document details, select document type, share with users, select services subscribed for, attach document, and Save. The document gets listed in your Business Library.     • Payroll HelpDesk Online tool for requesting assistance with Payroll App, computing questions & other similar products. An online resource will assist you in troubleshooting issues through MBPCloud other remote access systems. They will dial in remotely to fix issues. You can also assign tasks to specialised teams through Helpdesk. Clicking “Helpdesk” menu directs you to the below enquiry form. Click „Helpdesk‟ submenu in the Payroll page to submit a support incident or review the status of an Select the team to which your query is concerned, enter query details and Submit.     • Payroll Knowledge Useful information on Fair Work Australia. Each menu directs you to its respective third-party website. PAYG Payment Summaries Securely store all your PAYG payment summaries online in an organised folder structure. Create Folders & Sub-folders. Documents can be moved between folders. Documents can be edited, deleted, replaced and archived. Track versions of all your documents. All your documents are password protected and can be accessed from any location, 24/7.     • Payroll Clicking “PAYG Payment Summaries” directs you to below page. Create – create new folders & sub-folders. Enter details such as folder name & description, choose users to share folder, period during which folder should be available (if required) & Save. To share folder with user(s), select either “All Users” or “Selected Users” by clicking respective radio button. Then from the user list appearing in left, choose user(s) and click “>>” button. Selected user(s) gets shifted to the right-side user list box. The folder created will be shared with these user(s). Once saved, the folder will be included in your folders list.

    • Payroll Upload – upload documents to stored folders. Choose folder from dropdown to save document, enter document details such as name & description, choose document type from dropdown, users to share document, browse & attach document, and Submit. Enable notifications to users so that they are made aware of documents that are being uploaded in MBPCloud (optional). To send notification, tick “Enable Notification” check-box. Select user(s) from left-side user list box, shift chosen user(s) to right user list box. Once you have uploaded the document to the folder, a notification message will be auto-triggered to all chosen user(s) via email informing them of the upload. Once submitted, the document gets saved in the chosen folder. To view versions of a document, click “Versions” button alongside that document.

    • Payroll E-Mail Notification Once the document has been uploaded into MBPCloud folder, the following notification will be auto-triggered to all chosen user(s) via e-mail informing them of the upload. You can replace a document with its newer version by maintaining the record of the previous version(s). To upload newer version of an already uploaded document, click “Edit” button besides the document to replace; in uploaded document list.     • Payroll Here, click on the “Replace Attachment” button besides the attachment. Attach the newer version, and click “Update” button. You can view all versions (uploaded) of a document through the “List” page (explained latter in this presentation). Click to upload newer version
    • Payroll You can view all versions (uploaded) of a document by clicking “View” button of the document in the gird in uploaded document list. You will be directed to the „Document History‟ page that lists all versions uploaded for that document. Document versions can also be tracked through the “List” page (explained latter in this presentation). Click to view Click to view all versions of this document
    • Payroll Search – look for your stored folders & documents. Choose entity to search by selecting from respective check-box. Enter entity name to search. The search result will be displayed in grid as shown below. Enter entity name Select entity to search
    • Payroll List – view all your saved folders & documents. Clicking “List” icon will list all your saved folders. Click a folder from the list to view all documents saved under it. Documents can be Moved between folders, Archived and Deleted. To action a document, select document from grid by ticking respective check-box. Then select action to perform from dropdown list and click “OK” button. You can also view versions of an uploaded document through the “List” page through the Version “View” button.     • Payroll E-Mail Notifications The following notification will be auto-triggered to all chosen user(s) via email informing them of the archive.     • Payroll Payslips Securely store all your payslips online in an organised folder structure. Follow same steps explained in “PAYG Payment Summary” section. Online Forms Access & submit various remuneration & salary packaging related request forms.
    • Payroll Each menu directs you to the respective form. For example “Novated Lease Change of Details” menu directs you to the Novated Lease Change of Details Online Form, as shown below. Complete form details and submit. You can also partially fill & save forms for future completion.
