Overview MBPCloud Leave Management is a web-based system that allow you to requests, approve & receive leave confirmations online, thereby ensuring uniform leave policy management throughout your organisation reducing the need for HR intervention.  see your leave summary & approvals in real-time,  get instant overview of all your leaves,  receive automated e-mails triggers,  set multi-level approvals,  define approval schedules as per your business requirement,  define approval hierarchy,  define leave types, rules, holiday list & work week, and  view various types of leave reports.   4. 4. Leave Setup Log into MBPCloud.com „Leave‟ application. Enter your MBPCloud login credential You‟ll be directed to Leave application. (refer screenshot in next slide) Leave 4

  6. 6. Leave Setup Go to Leave Setup section by clicking “Admin” icon Setups to be completed: 1. General MBPCloud setup 2. Leave app specific setup Leave 6
  7. 7. Leave Setup I. General Setup Click “General” icon under Admin. You‟ll be directed to the General Setup section. Follow steps below: Step 1: Enter Location Details (a) enter “location name” & click “Add” button, (b) location entered will get listed in the location grid, (c) repeat same process to add more locations, (d) then click “Next” button.   8. 8. Leave Setup Step 2: Enter Branch Details (a) select location from dropdown, (b) enter “branch name” & click “Add” button, (c) branch entered will get listed in the branch grid, (c) repeat same process to add more branches, (d) then click “Next” button. Branch grid Delete branch Leave 8

Leave Setup Step 3: Enter Department Details (a) select branch from dropdown, (b) enter “department name” & click “Add” button, (c) department entered will get listed in the department grid, (c) repeat same process to add more departments, (d) then click “Next” button.   11. 11. Leave Setup Important:  Hierarchy of Levels are set in ascending order, with ‘Level 1’ being the lowest.  Approvers should be assigned a level higher to that of Requesters.  For further details, please check the Information tool-tip provided. Leave 11
  12. 12. Leave Setup Step 5: Add Users (a) enter following user details – name, role, branch, position, department, email address & MBPCloud login password. Then click “Add” button. (b) User will get listed in the user grid, (c) click “New” button & repeat same process to add more users, (d) then click “Next” button. (refer screenshot in next slide) Leave 12

  14. 14. Leave Setup Step 6: Provide Leave submenu Permission to users You can control user access to Leave submenus as per your requirement. (a) select staff type (permanent/contract/external) from dropdown, (b) select staff/user role (admin/user) from dropdown, (c) select staff/user name from dropdown to assign Leave submenus, (d) from the submenu list that appears, select the submenus to assign to the chosen user by ticking the respective check-box. (e) click “Save” button. (f) repeat same process to assign Leave submenus to other users. (g) repeat same process to assign Leave submenus to other users. (h) once Leave submenu permission has been provided to all users, click “Next” button. (refer screenshot in next slide) Note: User will view/access only those Leave submenus that have been provided to them. Leave 14

  17. 17. Leave Setup II. Leave app (specific) Setup Click “Leave” icon under Admin. You‟ll be directed to the Leave Setup section. Follow steps below: Step 1: Set Approver(s) (a) select branch from dropdown, (b) select department/team from dropdown, (c) select position from dropdown, (d) select approver for the selected position from dropdown, Continued..   18. 18. Leave Setup (e) click “Add” button. (f) Approver will get listed in the approver grid. (g) repeat same process to add approvers for other positions, (h) then click “Next” button. Leave 18
  19. 19. Leave Setup Step 2: Set Leave Types (a) enter the leave type name and click “Add” button, (b) leave type will get listed in the leave type grid. (c) repeat same process to add more leave types, (d) then click “Next” button. Leave 19

Leave Setup Step 3: Set Leave Rules (a) select year from dropdown, (b) select leave type from dropdown, (c) choose if this leave type can be carry forwarded (yes/no), (d) If „yes‟, choose whether the carry forwarded leaves are to be taken within a specific period or any time (no limit). (e) enter days that can be continuously taken (non mandatory), (f) then click “Add” button. (g) rules for that leave type will get listed in the leave rule grid. (h) repeat same process to add rules for other leave types. (i) then click “Next” button. Leave 20

Leave Setup Step 4: Assign Leave to Users (a) select year from dropdown, (b) select staff type from dropdown, (c) select staff role from dropdown, (d) select staff from dropdown, (e) select leave type from dropdown, (f) enter the total allotted days for selected leave type. (g) then click “Add” button. (h) repeat same process to allot days for other leave types for all staff roles. (i) then click “Next” button. Note: Leave days can be updated for individual staffs. Leave Setup Step 5: Set public Holidays for the year  select year from dropdown, then Add Holidays (a) select the holiday type – single day/ multiple days, (c) enter the holiday name, (d) select the holiday commencement date, end date (if multiple days) and click “Add” button. (e) the holiday will get listed in the holiday grid. (f) repeat same process to add more holidays. Set Work Week (a) set whether the day of the week is a full working, half working or weekly holiday through the radio button options provided. (b) then click “Update” button. Once you‟ve added public holidays & set the work week for the year, click “Next” button. Leave 24
