This KnowHow explains how to
customise standard Purchase Order T&C’s in MBPCloud, and
how to include your own T&C to the PO
Go to MBPCloud Purchase app by clicking Purchase icon in home page.
You will be directed to the below page.
To customise standard PO Terms & Conditions, click Terms & Conditions.
In Terms & Conditions page, click Goods & Services.
You will be directed to the standard purchase order T&C page, as shown below.
To customise the standard terms & conditions, right click on the T&C page, and choose “Select All” option.
Click here to select all
content in page
Once all contents in the page has been selected, right click and choose “Copy” option.
Click here to copy all
Now, open MS Word document.
Right click and choose “Paste” option to paste the copied T&C’s to the word document.
Edit the T&C contents as per your requirement and Save file.

Email us your saved T&C file to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will save the customised T&C as your default Purchase Order T&C.
The standard PO T&C will be replaced with your customised T&C.
You can also include T&C’s originated by you specific to your business by emailing them to
email@example.com, which will be included in your PO.
