  3. 3. Overview PACT Contract is a web-based tool designed to automate the entire contract process end-to-end. It simplifies the way contracts are managed, tracked and reported. All types of contracts can be electronic, including  Business to Business,  Employment,  Labour on Hire Contracts, and  many more. Integrating PACT Contract into your business process will actively enforce compliance & mitigate business risks; and acts as a directory of information for all your clients & candidates. *PACT - Principal Agreement & Contract Tracking 3PACT Contract
  4. 4. Establishing Contract with Your Clients/Customers Click “PACT Contract” app icon in home page to access the application. You will be directed to the below page. Contract Request To add a new contract request, click “Contract Request” submenu. You will be directed to the below page. 4PACT Contract
  5. 5. Establishing Contract with Your Clients/Customers Then, click “Business to Business Contracts” submenu. You will be directed to the “Contract Request” online form.   11. 11. Establishing Contract with Your Clients/Customers click here in email directs to the Contract Request page, as shown below. Then, Requester sends the approved contract to the Client requesting for approval. 11PACT Contract Send contract to client
  12. 12. Establishing Contract with Your Clients/Customers Client receives an email to accept the Contract. Client can accept or decline the contract through Accept/Decline buttons provided in the email. If the payment type is Direct Debit, then the email will have both the Assignment Schedule as well Direct Debit request, both of which needs to be approved separately. 12PACT Contract

  14. 14. Establishing Contract with Your Clients/Customers Clicking Direct Debit Request link in the Assignment Schedule (email) directs you to the Direct Debit Request page. Accept or Decline the direct debit request through Accept/Decline buttons provided in the email. 14PACT Contract Decline direct debit request Accept direct debit request

Establishing Contract with Your Clients/Customers Contract List Electronic All contracts added will be updated in the “Contract List Electronic” showing the current status of the contract.  You can export your contract list to Excel file through the „Export to XL‟ button provided.  The entire contract list can be filtered based on month, year, status, users and contract type. Once you have selected your filter criteria(s) from the drop-downs, click the „Get‟ button to get the sorted list.  Search for a specific contract by entering the Contract No in the search bar. 16PACT Contract Search for contracts Add a new contract Export contract list to Excel Filter options Contract status View contract details
