    • Amazon confirms your identity with login and password

    • Amazon wants you to get your book, confirm the address
    • Choose standard or expedited shipping

      Add your card to your Amazon.com profile
    • Site recognizes invalid credit card information, lets you re-enter
    • Amazon is serious about wanting the product to get to you, address confirmation required again
    • At this point, Amazon would recognize that a fictitious address was used (for the purposes of this demonstration did not use real credit card or address information). The order was not allowed to be further processed. At this point if the address were correct, the customer would confirm the order and final payment denomination, and place the order. When the order was successfully submitted, a confirmation email would be received for further reference.
