ADC*RO School – What’s that?
ADC*RO Creative School is an educational program developed by the Art Directors Club, in collaboration with the Romanian Advertising Agencies Association for students who want to start a career in the advertising industry.
Millenium Communications is in charge with the project management of the ADC*RO School
ADC*RO School is a concept school, a special intensive course about creative thinking and about various channels of modern advertising.
ADC*RO School tries to find and to develop young people with potential, to enrich the advertising market and to raise the level with students properly prepared for this industry.

Art Directors Club Romania (ADC*RO)
ADC*RO is an elite organization of the advertising industry professionals from Romania: Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers etc.
ADC*RO Objectives:
To promote and sustain the quality and integrity standards of the visual communication in Romania
To create a discussion forum for the advertising creatives, design and communication
To bring together all the professionals from the visual communication industry from Romania
ADC*RO is a member of the European network Art Directors Club of Europe

ADC*RO School – Main Targets
Students interested in a career in advertising
– to learn more about the industry and its instruments;
Juniors from Romanian advertising agencies
– to develop their skills or to discover their role in the advertising creation
process;
Professionals from the communication industry
– they are important opinion leaders who can sustain the school concept and also choose school graduates to work in their advertising agencies. The ADC*RO School involves every year important names from the advertising industry;
Mass media
– to promote and sustain the school’s projects

How does it work?

12 tutors, members of ADC*RO
1 2 groups of students
50 - 60 participants, students
12 weeks of Seminars and Trainings
2 meetings per week with the tutors
( 1 seminar and 1 work-meeting with an agency )
every gr oup works with 2 agencies
( 6 weeks with each agency )
a graduation party at the end
=> a well-prepared generation of young creatives ready to work in the advertising industry

The tutors will choose the new generation of creative students in September 2010
The ADC*RO School Seminars and Trainings will start in October 2010
All the students portfolios must be ready until February 2011
The tutors will evaluate all the creative work and select the best students of the ADC*RO School 3 rd Edition
March 2011: the big graduation party for all the students
