The sanctity of Life <ul><li>The sanctity of life is a Catholic belief </li></ul><ul><li>It is the belief that all life is sacred and important, and should be protected and respected at all times </li></ul><ul><li>“ So God made man to his own image, to the image of God he created him, male and female he created them.” (Genesis 1:27) – we are all made in the image of God, therefore we are important. This shows how we shouldn’t end our lives </li></ul>
  4. 4. <ul><li>&quot;If we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. So whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.&quot; (Romans 14 8) </li></ul><ul><li>Whether we are dead or alive, we belong to God – therefore our lives show significant importance </li></ul>
